納菲爾斯豪華套房酒店 (Nefeles Luxury Suites)

酒店位置很好，fira鎮鬧中取靜的位置，周邊餐廳超市很方便，酒店附近也有免費停車場。房間有私人泡池，懸崖海景，特別適合看日落。早餐定製送到房間，很美好的體驗。

服務很棒，送了一瓶紅酒還免費把房間升級了，房間很乾凈，早餐應該也不錯，因為需要6點出發趕去聖託里尼的輪渡，所以酒店還貼心準備了早點，真的很棒的酒店，地理位置也可以，步行去衞城也很近，距離地鐵可能步行10分鐘吧

這個房型房間有一間臥室層高特別低，建議1.6米以下小童。

環境很好 能看到日落

いくつもあるホテルの中から選んだが、このホテルを選んで本當に良かったです。 まず場所はフィラのバス停から歩いて5〜10分ほどかかります。スーツケースを転がし人混みの中、阪道と階段を登るので大変でした。帰りは送迎を頼みました。往復送迎を頼むのが賢明です。 1番安い部屋でしたがバルコニーがあり、眺めは最高でした。朝食も毎朝運んでいただきバルコニーでいい景色を見ながら食事ができました。よくあるバルコニーの前が道とかではないのでプライバシー感があり良かった。 スタッフさんもとても優しくて、英語が理解出來ない時でも辛抱強く説明してくれて助かりました。 また機會があれば泊まりたいです。

Perfect gem with 9 beautiful suites. Perfect service by Antonis and his wonderful team. Every morning sunrise and evening sunset views were breathtakingly stunning! Will definitely stay again in the future!

The hotel seemed really good on paper and its price made us believe that the place, view/location, and service will be immaculate, but when we arrived we quickly realised how the place isn’t what we expected. Upon arriving, there are hair and dusts on the floor, and even some lashes around the bed area, hence we are quite disappointed with its cleanliness. We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast service was never on time. We wanted the breakfast to come at 10:00 but they came knocking at 8:30 while we were still asleep. We also had to ask for things a lot of times (eg: replenishing water and tissues), as we weren’t given enough everyday. And when we ask for things we had to wait for quite a while and sometimes the staff forget about it as well, which is quite annoying when that happens almost everytime. The room that we got also had a poor design, we had two rooms and the ceiling of the second floor room is really low and you can’t stand up straight (especially for men). And there are some funny barriers in weird places where we kept bumping ourselves. The best part of the hotel would have to be the view and the location, and the fact that we didn’t have to buy water ourselves are the main benefits. But with this price, we definitely expected more. Overall, it is not a really bad stay, as it is true that you will have all you need here, but with this price, we feel we could have had a much better experience and less frustrations if the hotel attend more to the details.

バスで近くまで行き、歩いてホテルまで行きました。Google MAPで行きましたが場所が分かりづらく困難しました。 大きいキャリーバックを持って7分ほど歩きましたが、道が悪く、階段も多いのでとても大変です。 部屋は思ってたより狹く、トイレもシャワーもオープンです。 ジャグジーを楽しみに予約しましたがジャグジーから景色は見えません。寒い時期だったのにお湯がぬるくゆっくり入れません。一緒に行った友達は入らずに終わりました。 朝ごはんは色んな種類から選べ、美味しかったです。 帰りはスタッフの方がバス停までキャリーを運んでくださりとても助かりました。 スタッフの方はフレンドリーでとても良かったと思います。

We had a wonderful stay, Fira is not as busy as Oia. We enjoyed the view out from our room. Everything was perfect.
